Sunnyside Utd U15's 5

Luke Bridgeman (2)
Phillip Watts (3)

Achance visit to Sheffield Sixes awaited Sunnyside today, with Andy and Jake out injured new player Thomas was thrown straight into the team on the right wing. Sheffield Sixes started the better team and came at Sunnyside straight from the kic off. Sunnyside where not a ther best today and after some slack defending Sheffield where soon a goal t the good. It ws as like some ofthe Sunnyside players where not bothered about plaing today, they didnt create many chances at all but Luke did manage to get on the end of a long ball from Craig to pull a goal back. This was quickly followed up by a goal from Phil to make it 2 - 1 This Sunnyside team was not the same team that won last week or the last eleven weeks there was very little commitment today, tackles where not won, balls where given away. Things changed slightly in the second half Sunnyside stated to create a few more chances and started playing football but still not at their best. The Sunnyside defence failed to clear an easy ball this let in Sheffield to score their second goal. Another goal from Luke and two more from Phil made the final score 5 - 2 to Sunnyside, Sunnyside deserved the win but they made it difficult for themselves. Danny Swift was awarded the man of the match.
